How do I?

Register as a Patient

Patients are required to register with a specific GP. This is so we can offer a familiar service to all when possible. You may register with the surgery if you live within  our practice area, please check our practice map to ensure this is the case.. To register either drop into the surgery or fill in an application for on our website.

Make an Appointment

Non urgent appointments can be booked after 08:30 on the main surgery line. If you require an urgent appointment the receptionist will arrange this for you, however it may not always be with your chosen doctor. You can also book an appointment through the patient access area of this site.

Repeat Prescriptions

To order your repeat prescription you may;

  • Hand in the request slip from your previous prescription.
  • Leave a message on the dedicated repeat prescription line (option 1)
  • Order on-line, Please ask at reception for your registration details

We are no longer able to take medication requests on the reception line and you will be asked to ring back on the prescription line.


Obtain Results

Please telephone after 10:30AM, five working days after your blood test and two weeks after x-rays and scans. If you are seeing the doctor for a follow up check with the receptionist that your results have arrived. Smear test results will be sent via post. If you have not received the results within seven weeks please contact the practice.

Coronavirus (Covid-19)

Please do NOT come to the surgery if you have Covid symptoms

You MUST wear a face covering at all times in the surgery and sanitise your hands

Prescriptions – Please allow a minimum of 48 hours to collect your medication. If you pay for your prescriptions we now are able to take card payment. If you have to pay with cash it would be helpful if you could have the correct money. Prescriptions are currently £9.35 per item
