How do I?

Register as a Patient

Patients are required to register with a specific GP. This is so we can offer a familiar service to all when possible. You may register with the surgery if you live within  our practice area, please check our practice map to ensure this is the case.. To register either drop into the surgery or fill in an application for on our website.

Make an Appointment

Non urgent appointments can be booked after 08:30 on the main surgery line. If you require an urgent appointment the receptionist will arrange this for you, however it may not always be with your chosen doctor. You can also book an appointment through the patient access area of this site.

Repeat Prescriptions

To order your repeat prescription you may;

  • Hand in the request slip from your previous prescription.
  • Leave a message on the dedicated repeat prescription line (option 1)
  • Order on-line, Please ask at reception for your registration details

We are no longer able to take medication requests on the reception line and you will be asked to ring back on the prescription line.

***PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS BEFORE COLLECTION***

Obtain Results

Please telephone after 10:30AM, five working days after your blood test and two weeks after x-rays and scans. If you are seeing the doctor for a follow up check with the receptionist that your results have arrived. Smear test results will be sent via post. If you have not received the results within seven weeks please contact the practice.

Please take time to browse and see the services that we offer. However, before you do, could we ask that you make a note of a couple of points that would be really appreciated in respect of our Dispensary. Firstly, could we ask that you give us at least 2 full working days notification to allow us to prepare all medications and secondly please note that prescriptions are currently £9.65 per item. The good news is, that for your convenience, we are now able to take card payments. However, if you prefer to pay by cash, it would be really helpful if you could have the correct change available.
